Easter

Tsoureki is a traditional Greek brioche-like bread, eaten on Easter Sunday. It is slightly sweet, and traditionally flavoured with mastica and mahlepi.

There’s nothing nicer than freshly baked homemade hot cross buns, slathered with half melted butter and a delicious cup of tea.
