This bitter salad is going to be a bit like Marmite. You’ll either love it, or hate it! I love the crunchy sour leaves combined with the sweet oranges.

One of my favourite spinach dishes, is roast butternut and spinach salad with almond dressing. It is very simple to make, but very satisfying to eat.
